• Any loss or damage caused by a customer to property, vehicles, hotels, or other facilities may be recoverable from the customer.

We reserve the right to modify transportation arrangements, accommodation, schedules, routes, or other service details when necessary due to operational requirements, crowd management, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, traffic restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, crowd-related restrictions, or changes in Kumbh Mela arrangements.

Customers are responsible for their luggage, valuables, documents, mobile phones, money, and other personal belongings. Simhastha Kumbh Mela will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless otherwise required by applicable law.
